Liposuction Fat Transfer

Fillers are great, but at some point, patients want to switch to something more permanent or need more than fillers can offer. Dr. Jain can slim the waist, hips, back, and thighs while adding shape, lift, and volume to other body areas – such as the face, breasts, and buttocks.

Less invasive liposuction is combined with the fat transfer; patients can lose fat where they don't want and add volume where they need it—called "autologous fat transfer."

Deciding to undergo fat transfer surgery or grafting for facial rejuvenation may also be economical, as fillers can be expensive when multiple syringes are required.

By removing fat from one body area and transferring it to another, autologous fat transfer treatment combines traditional liposuction with breast augmentation and buttocks lift using natural, minimally invasive means.

Liposuction with Autologous Fat Transfer

The liposuction procedure removes the fat from the treatment area via gentle suction through small incisions. The fat is then liposuctioned from the donor site and prepared before injection. Local anesthetic is used to numb the area of the thigh or abdomen where the fat will be grafted from. Valium is also available to help patients relax during their procedure.

Our Liposuction With Autologous Fat Transfer doctors also numb the face, breast, or buttocks before injection to make things more comfortable. The removed, "living" fat cells are then purified and strategically injected into the breast, buttocks, or hollow areas under the eyes (tear troughs), mid-face, temples, and lips.

Once the fat has been carefully transplanted, such as the breast or buttocks, the transferred fat cells provide the area with permanent volume that is 100% natural.

Liposuction with autologous fat transfer procedures can remove fat from virtually any body part. Areas commonly treated with liposuction include the waist, flanks (love handles), and back. Liposuction can also treat 'gynecomastia' (fat deposits in the male breast area). After removal, the fat cells are purified and injected into areas such as breast augmentation or buttocks.

Autologous fat transfer surgery is a fast, convenient way for patients to lose volume from one body area while increasing it in another. Since the procedure does not require general anesthesia or large incisions, patients can return to their daily routine within a few days – much faster than the recovery time for a surgical butt lift or breast enhancement.

Natural Non Surgical Breast Augmentation

Natural Non Surgical Breast Augmentation

Dr. Jain uses liposuction with autologous fat transfer to provide patients with a minimally invasive, non-surgical alternative to traditional breast implant surgery. Aesthetic & Cosmetic Specialist can increase breast volume without inserting a synthetic object into the body by carefully transferring "living" fat cells from one body area into the breasts. As a bonus, Liposuction with Fat Transfer treatment does not leave women with scars from their procedure, unlike breast implant surgery patients.

Natural Non Surgical Butt Lift

Some women are born with a "flat butt." For other women, age, gravity, and weight loss, can contribute to the loss of volume experienced in the buttocks over time. Buttock augmentation with fat transfer is a 100% method of adding shape, lift, and importance to the buttocks without surgery. By transferring unwanted belly or back fat from another area of the body into the buttocks, Dr. Jain provides patients with beautiful results that are 100% natural. Every fat cell that attaches to a blood supply is permanent from that point on. Not all the fat will "take," so Dr. Jain will overfill a bit, understanding that a lot of the fat will be absorbed by the body (30-50%).

Most patients tolerate this procedure well in-office and during recovery, generally for 1-2 weeks. Most patients feel fine within a day or two, but it will take time for the bruising and swelling to subside. Pain medication, an antibiotic to prevent infections, and a steroid to help heal are all prescribed beforehand, so patients are prepared. We also provide thorough pre- and post-operative instructions to make the fat grafting process as smooth as possible. Patients will look overfilled initially but are generally very happy approximately 2-4 weeks after their procedure when they see the results.

In some cases, a second fat transfer procedure may be recommended for optimal results.

FAQ

The short answer is yes! Because fat is transferred from one area of the body to another, its goal is to integrate in its new surroundings and essentially stay there. If you happen to lose a lot of weight, results may vary and not endure. It is recommended to maintain a stable weight after the procedure to keep your results permanent.

Essentially, liposuction with autologous fat transfer can be done anywhere on the body. Common areas include waist, “love handles”, back and transferred to lips, breast, hips, and buttocks.

The procedure does not require general anesthesia or large incisions, most patients return to their daily activities within a few days to 2 weeks. Most patients feel fine after 2 days but bruising and swelling take time to subside. This recovery time is much faster than a surgical butt lift or breast enhancement, making it a preferred alternative.

Before the procedure, local anesthetic is used to numb the area where the fat will be grafted from. The areas where the fat will get transferred are also numbed locally to make the procedure more comfortable. Most patients tolerate this very well during their recovery.
