REFUNDS POLICY

No show or cancellation of consultation appointment on the same day is charged a cancellation fee as informed when you book with us. Your decision to schedule a consultation with our office is very important. When you choose a consultation or procedure date, we are committing a block of our time and the time it takes our office staff to coordinate.

DEPOSIT

When you are ready to schedule, we will collect a 50% deposit of the quote provided to you to secure your procedure date. This deposit is non-refundable but will be reapplied to a new procedure date for up to one year from the original date of procedure should you need to reschedule.

CANCELLATION OF PROCEDURE

Cancellation of your procedure will result in forfeiture of your $1,000 deposit. The $1,000 cannot be used towards any other in-office services or procedures.

RESCHEDULING YOUR PROCEDURE

First Reschedule - We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances that arise that may cause the need to reschedule your surgery, therefore, there will be no charge for the first reschedule.

Second Reschedule - A $500.00 service fee will be charged for rescheduling the second time. This is a service fee and will not apply towards your surgical fees and will not be refunded.

Third Reschedule - A $1000.00 service fee will be charged for rescheduling the third or subsequent times. This is a service fee and will not apply towards your procedure fees and will not be refunded.

PAYMENT DUE DATE

The balance of your procedure fee is due in full 1 week prior to procedure. If payment is not received on your due date, your surgery date will be released.
